According to you I'm a V.I.P. menber because I've been with you for 22+ years. Why do my subscriptions increase? Surley as a loyal customer the subscriptions should decrease as an incentive to stay with Sky.
I am seriously considering moving to another supplier because of this.
Kind regards
Robert Muscroft

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWe are customers here so you are not actually talking to Sky.
All customers are VIP ones, even new ones who sign up are automatically enrolled in the program so being with Sky 22 years+ doesn't stop your bills from going up. I have been with Sky almost 30 years and I have seen a lot of increases during that time.
If you don't have a discount on your account then why not give Sky a call to see if they will offer you a discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.

However, you can negotiate a deal in exchange for committing to a period of time where you cannot cancel, usually 18 months. A longer-term subscriber could get a better deal but don't bank on it.

That has never been a business model Sky have used: presumably they feel their current one is working well enough.
