Speaker tests on you tube - anyone else getting no bass sounds?

Can you now customise the Sound setting by changing the bass, treble etc ?

@Nigel+Whiting  You can alter speech, bass, and night mode viewing. But they are simply on or off so more or less.

Strange how the Bass is affecting all models.

when I called they said a new software version is due by Wednesday and if no different then call back

Yes the agent advised this is to fix a number of issues so should was not advised to replace TV until this was released.

@Scousegunner is the remote still linked? If not press and hold 4&6 down for 15 seconds (time it dont guess) and then 1&3.

If you press the link does that generate an on screen code? If it does go to Sky.com/activate and sign in and enter the code it should link to your account. I linked a puck with Sky's help and that process worked.

Yes I've had like 5 different codes and it just stays on that page doesn't actually activate it spike to sky they reckon it's because the unit is compromised I will activate a puck and see if that helps but I doubt it

So i have the 65 inch Glass and have been really disappointed with 2 keys things, 1- the soundbar (lack of bass - making sound very tinny) and 2-the viewing angle (a little research on here and I think i have the solution to the angle issue )

Re the sound, i have a sonos beam 1 on another tv and this gives clear definable bass as  stand-alone soundbar so should i be hearing a similar level of bass or less with the glass tv????

Can someone give me info on that as it will really help me define if mines is working as it should or not?

What is the solution to the viewing angle problem ?? If the sound doesn't work like I have contact them and they will replace the unit
