Solid amber light checked my sky app for problems and it’s saying the status is good
My broadband has a solid amber light. I have checked within the my sky app and it says the status is good. My WiFi is not working on any devices

@Abby+Stephenson the amber internet light indicates your hub is no longer connected.
Only major faults covering large areas make the status page but you can try running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. That can book an engineer to check if there is a fault it can detect on your line otherwise pick up the phone and call Sky - they open from 7am. If your Sky Talk landline is working then dial 150 for a free call.
