@AlexandraD Where you actually downloading or watching anything via catchup etc when you ran the test?
As your router stats suggest something was using 36mps already
Try running a speed test with no other activity taking place.

Re: Slow speeds
@AlexandraD Please post your router stats https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717
Speedtests usually give the results of the weakest point of your network which is wifi

Re: Slow speeds
@AlexandraD Your download speed is 40mbps and upload is 10mbps, what speed does the Sky Test say you should have https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/my-broadband-speed/broadband-speeds-explained/articles/broad...
Login to your Sky account as per the link above to test your line speed.

Re: Slow speeds
@AlexandraD How are you doing your speedtests? Are they being done over wifi connected devices? Can you do them on an ethernet connected device.
You need to be aware that wifi is the weakest point of your network and any interference from neighbouring devices/signals will severely impact the speeds you get over wifi.

Re: Slow speeds
@AlexandraD If your getting the correct speed to your router then there is little anyone can do as this is the speed measure by Sky and other ISP's
