SkyQ Download Failed Item Unavailable

Trying to download The Sopranos S5 Ep6 but failing constantly. Just downloaded a channel 5 programme, no problem at all. 

This is a Sky issue, pure and simple. Sky: sort it!

Have had the exact same issues with American Rust as everyone else - fails every time! Have restarted everything so many times and it makes no difference. I can download anything else via my Q box but not this series.

Come on Sky.......just more reasons why I'm starting to think about leaving Sky and saving the huge monthly cost....

I managed to download two films from sky cinema. One at 22:30 last night and one this morning at 05:30. Both appeared to download without a problem. 
just tried to download Judas And The Black Messiah, (12:15hrs) and it failed. 

Get my broadband from BT but will eat my cat if it's a BT issue. 🙀

Having failed to download a sky cinema film, I have successfully downloaded a documentary from BBC. 

Is it possible for an internet server to discriminate against individual channels!

This has been going on for 2 weeks for me and I can't get any sky Atlantic or sky max if I manage to download it gets very pixelated

Who is your ISP?

This is deflecting from the real issue which is with Sky content, not other channels.

BT I managed to get a couple of episodes of True Blood this morning but now it's gone again.

Was having the same issues but seems to be working after I connected my Q box via Ethernet...

You will likely find it will break again, I had already tested it via Ethernet and it made no differeance

Because most with this problem are using BT. I have no idea why it's mostly those with BT that are having this problem.

Seems to be working for me on WiFi again now. Well I've managed to get to 12% on an episode of The Wire and it just flashed up saying ready to watch....

Looks like Sjy may have fixed the issue?

Surely if it's a case of " mostly" and not all, then the BT thing is more likely a coincidence.   
what kind of fault could BT broadband have that intermittently stops me downloading a film from sky cinema but immediately allows me to download a film from BBC iplayer?

Maybe Sky did not pay their AWS bill or a certificate had expired... But just managed to Download two episodes of The Wire that was failing earlier today and last night
