Sky will not let me go back to Sky Q.They saying there a bug with there System that will not let them move them back to Sky.When I seen members here being moved back to sky Q.I spent about 8 hours on the phone with going from department to another.waiting days for phone calls that never get a call back as promised. So what do I do I been with sky for nearly 30 years love Sky Q wished I never left but got sucked in the sales pitch. There so many hardware and software bugs with Sky Glass just don't want it anymore.Looks like I be going down the apps for my tv and cancel down sky.

@Totalwar2You can't have both, if you go back to Q and keep the glass TV if will lose all its "smart" capabilities.

Re: Going back to SkyQ but still using SK Glass TV
I'm fairly sure you'll still get uhd and atmos on sky q as an hdmi connection. It's still a uhd tv with atmos after all. However be wary, I've heard if you cancel sky you have to pay for the tv outright in full.

@Totalwar2I am pretty sure they are not right unless the HDMI inputs are not full implementation but they do say and you should be able to plug a Q box in.

@Totalwar2 A sky staff member on the forum has also said there should be no reason why a q box can't be connected

@Totalwar2Try again and get a different adviser, if a Q box will not work I wonder what else will not and why they bother with any HDMI inputs.

If that's true then I wonder if it's deliberate?
Despite a certain poster claiming it's a gift from God, it's looking more and more a busted flush.

@Totalwar2 The Sky Glass tv has HDMI 2.1 ports they are backward compatability which should work with devices that have HDMI 2.0 or older the Sky Q box has HDMI 2.0

Re: Going back to SkyQ but still using SK Glass TV
@Totalwar2 I think your main issue will be getting Sky to re-instate your Q account while you keep the TV. Technically they will work but commercially they may not allow it..
Its worth calling and asking but you may have a fight on your hands.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
