Sky website is appalling - can't renew and 20+ minutes wait on phone.
This website is absolute rubbish. My broadband contract ended and I'm finding it impossible to renew/upgrade. Only page that seems to work is my account details. Impossible to call anyone and chat never opebns, Sky is the pits.

You're just telling other customers here. Your Broadband contract didn't end. It doesn't end til you cancel it. Your discounted price period ended.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you sort something out to your satisfaction make a note of the date it’s ending.

Your contract only ends when you give notice to leave or move elsewhere. If you want to upgrade it might be worth calling in as you might get given a discount if you agree to a new contract for the next 18 months.

True re contract ending etc. but I just used the same term they used on my message i.e. "your contract has ended.". Still on the phone with them now after 30 minutes. Seems their technical staff also can't open broadband package details to give me a quote. They'll now call me back in 5 days. Only good thing is the agent I'm speaking to is trying his damndest to find out what he can do for me.
