Sky volume sounds funny

[Bmw+120d+sport]

Hood evening was watching my sky TV then all of a sudden it came up no signal,sorted that but now my volume sounds like the chipmunks any ideas people thanks

Go down to Settings but don't press Select. Instead type 0 0 1 Select to open the hidden menu. From there you can Reset Settings (you won't lose any recordings or preferences) which takes about 20 minutes. See if that helps sort things out.
