Sky suspended services

Hi basically sky have suspended my services as they are trying to charge me 115 pound for non return of equipment. But how can I return something that I am still using. Its not the first time they have done this done the same thing last month but I managed to live chat someone who was helpful he reinstated my services and that I didn't have to return the box if I was still using it which I am he also helped in reducing my bill as compared to my friends I was paying way to much but he sorted all of that out which I was happy about so I don't see why it's happened again as got proof saying it wouldn't. Had a call of sky today from a rude and  cocky team member who was not listening to anything I said I would ask him a question and he would reply with a question which wasn't helpful when I asked to speak to his manger he told me his manger had left for the day all he kept saying was you owe this for that and he expected me to pay the outstanding bill and still return the box which I am not prepared to pay 115 pound for a box that they won't me to return I am not mad or stupid.

  • As we are mostly customers on the forum all we can offer is advice and on this occasion that would be to wait patiently until an Oracle or someone spots your post who can arrange a chat session for you with a Sky adviser like they did before.
  • Sometimes Sky employees spot the post and do the same.
  • The alternative I read on other posts is to call on a number not linked to your account or 141 to avoid the automated system.
