Sky sports premier channel not working

Subscribe to sky sports premier leauge channel and the football channel and saying i dont have subscribtion to the premier leauge channel. 

any know why?

Even when it says lress red to upgrade and i do it says i already have that package but doesnt let me view

If you are planning on watching the football I would suggest calling Sky about this.

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

hi @neil+keen maybe consider a power down restart your main SKY Q box :

 Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
