Sky return address

I've followed the instruction from Sky through Royal Mailto print a return label but it says Unipart Technology Logistics, rather than Sky Returns 

Has anyone successfully sent it this way?

That is correct. UTL handle all Sky's returns.

If I go to the post office and do it there is there an address /post code I can put in ? Very confusing
