Hard drive stopped working on q box and sky engineer replaced the box (2tb sky q)
now the box has frozen. All I have is a blue flashing Q and a red light. Tried all the fixes, switching off, unplugging etc. but still nothing. Probably going to move over to Virgin as had to wait 3 weeks for previous appointment and I don't think Sky take there costumer service seriously enough. Looking at other posts it appears countless numbers of people are having the same issues and Sky refuse to accept that there are problems with these boxes.
