I have tried everything turned wiffi of got a sky booster hard wired the sky's mini boxes and the sky q box but whatever I do they judder I have fast internet is there a problem with the skyway mini box software

Q has been around for more than five years, and Mini boxes work fine, particularly on ethernet. One suspicion would be that the WiFi isn't actually off: it has a habit of reactivating.

Can you describe the judder? I've never seen what I would call judder with wifi or ethernet.
