Hi
cannot get sky go app to work on iPad. Login screen goes directly to the error below
'Sorry due to a Technical fault ...something went wrong you cannot watch this channel .try again later .'
and then it goes back to the sign in page .
I have deleted the app and re downloaded again and same message appears. My wife and daughter have the app and are signed in but me and my granddaughter can't get signed in
