Sky go app not working on xbox or desktop

Before I go down the cancel route anybody got up to date information on this  I can not get this sky go app to work anywhere anymore

When you say "not working" what is happening when you try to use the app on them ?

Click on open get blue screen says updating sometimes gives error 101 and hard drive runs at max before I shut it down never goes further any more have done uninstall and all the folders with it in and reinstall few times no
