Sky glass will not activate

Hi our sky glass tv will not activate , it says code accepted and activated on our account when pairing but tv still not activated . Sky say the wy ring back within 72 hours?

Does the Glass TV shows it's activated?   Can you post a picture of where you are in the setup?

Do a full reset first.

Turn off mains. 

Preas power and hold it when turning mains back on.

Press and hold 4+6 on the remote for 3 seconds 

 

It needs to update before you can link.   Unfortunately they didn't factor it in with the release of the tv.
