Sky glass puck

I have set up my Sky glass puck, it is hard wired into the router and everything was fine. Put it all in stand by and went out when I went to watch it the puck wouldn't switch on. I managed to get it to switch on but the remote wouldn't operate anything, just stuck on a screen, so can't reset it.

@gooner6276  Remove the power cable for a minute then plug back in.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
