I get sky glass installed on Friday. I have purchased 2 pucks for my tv in kitchen and bedroom. Unfortunately the tv in kitchen is not 4K uhd and a new tv with smallest screen is 32in which might be too big for my kitchen area. Can I link the puck to a 4K uhd monitor instead of a tv?

Yes if the monitor has HDMI in, however monitors don't tend to have onboard sound so you'd need to find a way to do that.
As long as your current TV in the kitchen works & has HDMI I wouldn't be too fussed about not having UHD on that particular set. HD will be fine.
