Sky glass TV won’t play anything

Just got sky glass today. Won't play any of the apps. I've reset my router and the tv and finally got it playing standard Chanel's. Wouldn't entertain Netflix or Prime. Is this a regular occurrence with Sky glass?

@Scottishgal2013 no it shouldn't be. First thing is have been able to log into the various apps? If you haven't it implies an issue with your account. If you have go to the Netflix app and run the conne ction test in the Get Help section of the left hand menu.

Thank you for your reply. I reset everything today and it is working ok. Hopefully I won't have any more issues.
