Sky cinema

i have the subsription to sky tv with my package but unable to use it as is askes me to upgrage my subscription, i have turned off sky q box and took out sky card, reinserted card and turned on box went to setting and done a callback but still unable to use sky cinema, this is not good as i have just signed up to sky and having problems with getting my broadband installed as it is and now no sky cinema,
