Sky channels unavailable c/o fault Affected by a problem with satellite signal!
Hi.
This just started happening about four or five days ago.
currently watching sky sports uhd ok but the main event channel showing same program is unavailable! I've rebooted the box when this occurred yesterday and it cleared. Now it's back again affecting several channels.
any ideas please?
Thanks.

@OW07 If you are on your own dish not a communal setup it could be anything from the cabling to the LNB to the Box itself, a Sky engineer would be needed in this case.

Oh Ok thanks. Will give them a call tomorrow. Expect to get the usual scripted palava but I guess there's not much else can be done.
Thanks again.

The automated system always kicks in first. Stay on the line and don't hang up.
If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.

Re: Sky channels unavailable c/o fault Affected by a problem with satellite signal!
Well finally got through using the option to book an engineer. Message came up to say this service no longer available and to ring this number. Then after various questions involving the reboot bit🙄 we finally get an engineer visit today (Monday). Fingers crossed they solve the problem. Will post back on what it is for future reference. Thanks all.
