Hi, sky Q box is hotter than usual. TV has stopped working properly, only sound, no picture. Tried another TV and that has blown something and doesn't work at all now. Tried different HDMI cables. Turned box off for 24 hours and it heats up again within 30 minutes when switched on. Please help

@Daniel0210 Thanks for replying Daniel, I thought as much. Any tips on how to get efficiently get through to Sky? Will try to phone them and risk using all my phone credit 🙄

As it's a bank holiday there may be fewer staff in. I got though last week in 7 minutes but apparently the best times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter.

@Daniel0210 Sky engineer came and replaced box and all cables. He had never heard of my problem happening before and couldn't confirm or deny if box had damaged TV's ...bought a new TV and everything fine now. Thanks for your help before 😊
