Sky Ultimate TV cost too much?
A few years ago you would pay for Sky and possibly rent a film once in a while.
Now you pay Sky, Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and others for your content. Viewing TV has become more expensive than ever before.
Why does Sky charge £26 for their basic package when all others charge way less?
If sky were to lower to £16 per month without hdr atmos etc, i think more would sign up .

I suspect that Sky know more about their marketing strategy than you or I do! I've no doubt that if they saw the potential for better profits by reducing their subscription prices, they wouldn't hesitate to do so.
