Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem.
ivecreset the box a few times and tried re inserting the card a few times.

Hi @Dr+bibbs
Assume it's inserted chip end first , chip up
When it is pushed in correctly you should feel a slight click as it engages. Push it in again and it pops out slightly so that you can grip it to remove it.
First make sure that it is correctly engaged and hasn't slightly popped out.

Thankyou for your reply. The card is inserted the correct way and is definately engaging.
it has a message saying
"please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up"
it is and it still doesn't work.

Hi @Dr+bibbs
Have you tried gently wiping the chip with a damp lint free cloth.
Also try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback.
Failing this it looks like you need to contact Sky

Yes I've tried wiping and re inserting the card.
In setup I can't refresh the viewing card as it just says it's not inserted. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Ill have to call sky in the morning. Shame they are only open till 9.
