Sky Q subtitles

Recently you updated the way we access subtitles on the Sky Q box. For no apparent reason you have made it a far more complex process to access subtitles. Not only that, every time you switch channels or watch one recording and move to another you have to go in and select subtitles again. It's madness. Obviously the person who designed the update does not need subtitles.  It's a totally opposite approach to trying to make things accessible for those who need it. Press ?, select subtitles, select English (it's not like there's a choice of languages? Every time a ne programme starts.

Hi @kgdavids2   I'm sorry but you are not talking to Sky. This is a community of customers and not Sky customer services. Have a look here for various responses from Sky.

Absolutely agree, all too often 'progress' turns out to be 'regress'. But as the other guy has said on the forum you will only get a subscribers opinion 👍

Re: Sky Q subtitles

Thanks for replies, have now worked out how to switch on permanently, but it's not intuitive and the lack of communication when the change happened was poor.  Though I understand the need to make other languages available.
