Hi @Cese to save you a call I have escalated your post to Sky so expect a contact offering an online private chat with an agent through the forum later today. 

 

Normally Sky accept proof of postage as proof of delivery so you should not have a problem. As you may have read this is not an unknown issue.  Hope it gets sorted.

That's great thank you,as I've recently moved house I have misplaced the proof of postage but I shall keep looking for it,thank you for the reply

Good morning,I have received another box requesting the items be returned yesterday and tried to call today to say they have been returned,I haven't received any contact from sky other than this and I have since found my proof of postage and tracking number,the items were delivered to sky on the 6th of last month and received on the 9th,any suggestion on what to do next as calling them is no use as I'm just kept on hold then the line goes dead and the social media side say they cannot acces my account to show I'm at least making an effort to get this resolved
