One of my mini boxes will no longer connect. I have followed all the procedures to sort it but nothing has worked. Will Sky replace this? How can I contact them without having to make a phone call?

Hi @teddyman
Just to prove it is the mini that is faulty (and not the location) try swapping the problem mini over with another.
See if the problem moves with the mini or stays at the location.
