Hi - Some channels (but not all) on Sky Q mini box have suddenly become pixilated/very jerky, and recordings of same also. BUT, main box is working fine - signal strength 70 and quality 90 (so OK ?). Wi-fi to mini seems OK.
May just be weather/storms related, BUT, if so, how come all channels reach main box ok, but don't reach mini box OK ?? Is this explainable just by the weather?

Because sky is universal bitrate digital signal over satellite the picture can't be pixelated on the main box, you'd usually notice blocky images or just complete breakup in picture if it was the satellite signal.
So, you can be sure any pixellation that's happening is between your sky box and the mini box - almost certainly due to wifi conditions.
