I returned my Sky Q box last month and received an email confirming this. However, I have just had to pay £115 for a non returned box because they threatened me with debt collectors. How do I clear this and get my money back?

I can't find it atm but Sky have said that they will refund. I will keep checking my account.

Thank you for your help. I have actually found the proof of posting now and the tracking number shows as delivered on the RM website. Fingers crossed the refund will go through as it has taken all of my food money!
