Sky Q box returned but still being charged

I returned my Sky Q box last month and received an email confirming this.  However, I have just had to pay £115 for a non returned box because they threatened me with debt collectors.  How do I clear this and get my money back?

@RammsteinFS  Did you keep proof of postage?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I can't find it atm but Sky have said that they will refund.  I will keep checking my account.

Depending on when Sky told you that it could take 3-5 working days.

Thank you for your help.  I have actually found the proof of posting now and the tracking number shows as delivered on the RM website.  Fingers crossed the refund will go through as it has taken all of my food money!

@RammsteinFS  If there is no sign of refund by a week Monday (3/10/22) post back on this thread and we can alert sky again from here (keep your proof very safe and definitely)
