Discussion topic: Sky Q box does a upgrade every day so have to wait up to ten minutes to re start my sky

My sky Q box upgrades at least once a week so having to switch sky Q box off at the mains and turn back on and wait for the screen to go blank push home button on remote and wait for sky Q box to come on any ideas how I could stop this process many thanks

@Villa+2 The SkyQ system does have an Eco setting, have you tried changing that to none or active?

It wouldn't be an upgrade, can you give a bit more detail? What time of day does this happen?

I was thinking the same although the times are a little bit out. Have a read of this link and potentially change the settings on each box to None or Active. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-the-standby-settings
