Sky Q box and Sky broadband to

I have downgraded and I do not want the Sky Q box. Or the broadband sorry for any inconvenience I have caused you.
Please can you send me packaging and labels to how to send it back.
I have the bow that it came into so I justs please need to know were to send it back to the address.

We are customers of Sky on here so you are not talking to Sky support @Miss+Pauline+Gran .
If you have given notice to cancel your services and they have been turned off then you can return the equipment yourself by using any packaging you have, you can also print the return label address by following this guide:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

@Miss+Pauline+Gran i would speak to sky asap. If you have had q installed then you may not be able to cancel, depending on circumstances.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible
