@Jackdoesthings You could purchase a cheap PS3 or PS4 and use that to play Sky Go directly on your TV. Would be nicer to use than a laptop. Can even get a dedicated remote control for it. Try to get one without too much fan noise if you can though. 

 

An xbox 360 can do the same thing I believe if you have one lying around.

@Annie+UK why not indeed. It would just cost a lot more if trying to buy one just to watch Sky Go. You could pay €500 for a PS5 as well but might not be worth it just for Sky Go 🤷‍♂️

That's why I included Xbox One that will be dirt cheap secondhand especially the day one editions

Turn the brightness down on your TV's internal menu may be a good way to reduce the brightness.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
