on the tv listings, keep getting several channels that are just completely blank, nothing listed. Have reset box twice, and still same issue persists. It's in the same room as my wifi router, strong reliable signal. Any suggestions?

What do you mean by reset.
Was this a Reboot or a reset Settings?
If your Q box is near to your router is it possible to connect the Q box to the router by Ethernet?

sorry yeah, rebooted it, disconnected from power for a few minutes then reconnected. I don't have an ethernet cable long enough, and it usually works ok, seems to be a recent problem..

Hi @rinso
Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Ok i tried that now it won't reboot? just have an orange light on the front of the box, nothing on the remote seems to work, nor does the power button on the box...

Hi @rinso
First try resetting the remote to infrared by pressing 7 & 9 together on the remote until it's led flashes four times.
Then see if the box will switch back on.
If it does you will need to pair the remote.

just as a follow up to this, some buttons on my sky remote now no longer seem to work with the tv. before, the romote would control functions on sky box and tv completelky, now stuff like power button and volume don't work, have to use the tv's own remote. Any ideas why and if it can be fixed? tia

never mind, i just repaired remote and it works..
