@Tallulah224 there is nothing wrong Sky have rolled back the release on v1 2TB boxes as they saw signs of an issue. They havecsaid that they will rerun the update once they have sorted the issue. They have given no details of what the issue was but have said it was not something thst affected customers directly.

When I calledSky about the mini box not updating, I was told it was due to bugs in Q170 with V1 boxes and as long as the mini i working, there nothing to do but wait for Q170 to be fixed.
