Sky On Demand and Catch Up asking me to upgrade subscription
I've had my Sky Q box installed today and when I go to use Catch up or On Demand on HD or SD it keeps asking me to upgrade my subscription even though I have the correct subscription to use it. Its weird as it works on Sky Go just not the Sky Q box. I've called in to get some help but what they tried didn't work and I was advised it was an ongoing issue. Any one had any luck on fixing this issue?
