Sky Mini box sticking on certain channel.

My mini box sticks on ITV on a daily basis there is no issue with any other channel nor is there an issue with the main box on this channel.  I have re set the box and rebooted it checked all connections, all this to no avail.  Any help here would be appericated as I cannot get through to SKY to discuss this issue i keep getting fobbed off with an really annoying recorded message and a txt link.
