Hi,

I recently (3 days ago) moved to a new address and started a new Sky account but my Sky ID is still linked to an old address and account number that i had about 2.5 years ago.

I am using the same email address for the new account as i did 2.5 years ago.

I can not see how to get My Sky ID linked to the new account number and address.

Any ideas?

Hopefully @Lisa-P1987 can help you @Adam1922.as the usual fix for this is to login to your old account here and remove the email address from it:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

This will then free it up allowing it to be used with your new ID.
