Sky Go

When I try to access Sky Go I get an error message which baffles me:

'To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription.'

I subscribe to TV and phone, I use the app regularly on my mobile and tablet and never had a problem.

I don't want to or need to upgrade so please shed some light on this problem for me please.

Have any changes been made to your account of late and are you not able to watch anything inclusing live TV from Sky One ?
