Sky Go error code 1510 HD/SD You need the relevant TV subscription

I have just subscibed to Sky and whilst waiting for my Sky Q box to arrive I am trying to watch TV on my laptop on Sky Go.

 

I have tried to watch some Catch Up TV but I'm getting error code 1510. I believe this is because I only have SD membership, not HD. How can I get catch up TV in SD? All shows seem to be in HD which is frustrating!

If your Sky Q box has not been installed yet then you should be able to watch everything Sky has to offer so can you confirm that the box has been installed yet or not ?
