Sky Go app, crashing on start up.
So having looked around and deleted the videoguard , cisco, sky, sky go folders after uninstalling the app.
Rebooting and downloading the currect app.
Installing the app
Rebooting and then running the app.
Its still crashing, no errors, no nothing.
Any ideas.

I have the same issue. I just reinstalled my PC, new hardware. However it way exceeds the required specs. I get the same thing, blue crash screen, update checks, log in details (once)... then from then on it gets to just beyond the blue checking for updates then the window closes. I have repeatedly uninstalled, cleared the roaming folders and tried again. Installing and running as adminstrator, but it does not resolve it... All drivers and windows updates are at the latest.... I am concerned i will not get to see the F1 this evening 🙂 - any advice on what else to try?

Thank you for picking this up. There was an app update I applied at the weekend that appears to have resolved it. I can now successfully log in and view content. I will use that form if it happens again.

Fab! Would you be able to fill in the form anyway? Our tech teams would like to gather more info from both users who're still experiencing the crash on startup and those who've fixed it.
