Sky Glass

I am totally feed up with this sky glass especially the stream puck, i am now on my second puck, and yes had to pay 50 pounds upfront for this not happy. And it is still not working correctly, as well as freezing and dropping out of the program it tells me there is a fault with the channel and then tells me i have no wi-if. There is nothing wrong with my wi-if at all and my main sky glass tv works relatively fine, so feed up with this i am on the verge of returning it, but there is nothing out there that will let me use a multi room system, so might be stuck with it which is not what i want.

I was paying £10/month for q multiroom but the minibox was never responsive when I tried to turn it on.  So I didn't really use it but if you cancel and change your mind you would have to pay for the hardware all over again.   Eventually I got sky to replace it so it resolved the problem.

yes i know that is the thing that is bothering me, if i stay with sky hopefully i can just reserect my previous package with the discounts i had. But there must be some thing out there that will do what i want, i only want it for sports really but because i have it i do occasionally what other things and i have my Netflix with it as well
