Sky Glass surround sound speakers

Are there issues with sky glass ans surround sound speakers?  My three front speakers and subwoofer are functioning, but the two surround plus two dolby atmos speakers are not, anyone have the solution or is it another Sky Glass comatability problem?  Thanks in advance

@bazerbee

The 'Atmos' (upward firing) speakers will only be active when Atmos content is detected (and if the appropriate subscription supplement is in place).  Personally I've never actually noticed them doing anything: it's a bit of a stretch to expect much given their size and orientation.

Did you get this sorted? I've just got glass and have the same issue with my external speakers

What 'external' speakers are you using? Do you mean the upward firing speakers at the top of the unit? If you're hearing nothing from them when playing something with an Atmos encoded soundtrack and you have the Ultra HDR/Atmos pack on your subscription then they may be faulty.

My upward speakers produce output at all times, but you have to be close to differentiate it from the other speakers.
