Sky Glass subscription but only with Sky Glass Puck

I recently subscribed to Sky Glass and the Sky Glass Puck. I have noticed the Sky Glass TV to be rather buggy as you cannot even mute fully and so using eARc connected to my receiver is pointless.

I have noticed the Sky Glass Puck works much better than the handware in the Sky Glass TV without any issues found so far. I tried to disconnect the Sky Glass TV from the internet and I was able to use the Sky puck successfully, so this shows there is no dependence on the TV.

Can subscribers return the Sky Glass TV but keep the Sky Glass Puck and still use the Sky with the puck?

@LakeSidePark  You need the TV as well, if you return your TV then all Glass subs would be cancelled leaving a non working puck.

There are plenty of customers who would love to have the puck only, but at present that is not an option

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@LakeSidePark I don't believe that that is possible.

@LakeSidePark

No. You can't.
You are very much in the minority if you have a puck that's more functional than the TV!

@LakeSidePark

Sky requires there to be a television included in the subscription: whether they require it to be in use (even periodically) is unknown.  The main restriction is that neither it or any puck assigned to the address should be used elsewhere.
