Re: Sky Glass firmware QS011.006.00P

@Jporch316 it must be 🎅 QS011has arrived in our household overnight.  Guess that's the end of the rollout.  So about 2 weeks before @Chrisee sees the initial roll out QS012

My puck updated too it crashed at the same time and had to reboot but it did resolve my voice search issues.

Anything exciting in this version or just background fixes?

Love how Sky are just constantly refining and fixing Glass with these updates. Feeling really solid now.

Think it's fair to say this will likely be the main platform going forward.

Don't want to speak too soon but my puck updated to v11 and now with my LG TV the puck started in 2160p rather than resetting the setting to 1080p as normal.

This was broken in v7 and appears to be working again in v11.

Seeing the same here - finally remembering that setting again!

The Search has changed so most Netflix shows can be added to the playlist for the first time in ages - only via voice and you need to do something which returns multiple shows

Re: Sky Glass firmware QS011.006.00P

Another more usful change I've spotted - for the first time since having Glass both Pucks and the TV seem to be waking from Standby reliably - not seen the no internet messages coming out of standby since upgrading to QS11! 🤞  Even boots much faster than they used to do and on my LG TV I no longer need to toggle the input to fix lip-sync if the Stream was the device that woke the TV.

In fact I even needed to reboot the router while watching TV at the weekend, and it carried on playing for another minute (Disney+) and resumed after a 30 second gap!  Previously if that happened I'd need to reboot the box for it to play.

Now, for the playlist to be fixed and actually show all the content I've added in a timly manner (F1 / Air Crash Investigation).
