This is about the 3rd time this has happened with sky glass. Seriously tempted to bin it off!!. Pull your thumbs out sky!!

They answered. It's now a known issue. They are working to fix it. If they can't then we all get a refund. Told them it's not good enough. No trouble shooting we can do either! Gonna get rid of glass and go back to Q.
