Managed to speak to someone, it is just an issue with glass and they are trying to sort the problem although they are not sure what the problem is?! If it doesn't come on then will be issued a refund...... 

giess just waiting around now for nothing??? Not sure I'll bother for the next fight smith v Eubank...... I'll wait to see if an issue first. 🙄

Having the same problem, it's saying it's unavailable. Got through to sky, and they said it's a known issue and that it is their top priority to sort it out. I think everyone deserves a refund, even if they get it back up and running. I wanted to watch the undercards.

Having the same issue, gave up being hold after 30mins seeing these posts. I hope they are willing to offer refunds. I was looking forward to the undercard as well as the main event

This is not good enough it happens every fight night surly they know the problem by now we pay for the full program and it's now 75 minutes in to the program

Mass outage no one on sky glass or sky stream can get it they are trying to fix it but no guarentees

Hi , I have purchased tonight's fight on my sky stream , when I go to sports and click on watch live on the fight the screen goes black and says unavailable try again later it's been doing this for a hour now re set the internet and the sky stream went from wifi to Ethernet and back

Purchased the boxing on sky glass TNT old BT Sports will not load. 45 mins trying to get through to Sky Support and guess what no answer.

Would anyone from sky like to comment, provide an update and/or take ownership of the issue?

An update would save alot of your customers time waiting on the phone and free up your phone resources to deal with other issues.
