Same for me. I just got mine on Tuesday and activated it so would I be able to contact them and cancel it as in the 14 day cooling off period and ask for Sky Q instead? Sky Stream has been far too glitchy I thought it would be inovated but they clearly don't have a clue about tech and the hardware itself is cheap. I'd much rather if they cancel that with all the packages and move them over to Sky Q and install that instead. Would that be viable? My services haven't been activated a week yet. Also, shows you how bad it is when I want to cancel and move to their older hardware which is more reliable. Upsetting since this will happen to the Fury fight next month too

What a sh*te respsonse about waiting for the main event! Can't believe that's their answer . Deffo need a full refund . I was on hold til I Fuc*ed it off as the music was doing my head in and ruining the football I'm watching along with ruining the boxing I want to watch . Please keep us updated if Anyone get a solution . 👍🏻

I've just got off the phone to sky and they said its an issue out of their control but engineers are working on it, what ever that means, guess itll be a youtube job later then

Just been told it's not working from sky !!! Obviously!!! 

apparently they are working to fix it. No mention of compensation or refund as of yet

I've just got off the phone they just said they are working on it and have no idea why it is not working! Could be 5 minutes or 4 hours. I said to them can you put a message on the screen but he said no. So they are still have to take our money.
