Sky glass Usyk v dubious ppv not working. Just says I can't be played even though I have purchas

It seems that we aren't the only ones that suffer awful issues with the sky glass. They clearly don't have many customers that are great advocates for this product

 Been trying multiple times to get this to work but it won't bloody start. Sky Stream has been completely terrible this is the breaking point. Paying for PPV that won't play. I'm still in my 14 days I feel like this warrants the return. What's the point like? How do I get it to play? Seriously I don't know what's wrong with this service. It's so broken.

Same for me. On the phone to them now. Spoke somebody who wasted 10 minutes of my time only to tell me I need to speak to the relevant department. Even though I selected the option for sky glass. Now I'm in what is apparently a 20 minute queue. Missed 40 minutes of the show already!

Same issue! Just been on the phone to them. told me to rest - done that. Then the guy just hung up!! 😡
