With regards sending the sky q and mini back, do Sky send you the boxes to use or do you have to find your own? Also is it just the sky boxes or do the power cable have to be sent back too?

I'm confused. Just had a text to say it's being delivered tomorrow but to sign my credit agreement or it will be cancelled. I did this during the order process but I'm worried now. Any advice?

You can use your own packing or phone sky and get there's.Also you have to send all the cables back with remote too.

@gizmo120 I'd be contacting them. Surely the agreement should have already been sorted long before the delivery.

I've just got one of them myself but I've bought it outright so I'll just ignore it myself.

When you set up your new Sky TV service, we'll cancel your existing Sky Q contract.
As the Sky Q kit was loaned to you, you'll need to return this (along with any remotes, cables and accessories) after your new device has been delivered. Returning the kit is simple and free, we'll send you pre-paid packaging to send it back to us.
Change is good...but charges aren't. If you don't return the Sky Q kit after delivery of your new device, you'll be charged a non-return fee. We'll contact you to let you know if you need to pay these charges and how much they are. Click here for more information.

I signed the agreement at the order stage too. Had the message to sign though. Where is the agreement in my sky pls?

What's the width of the 65" screen unit please and what side (looking at screen) is power lead (also is this fixed or is it on a connector and how longs the lead?) and hdmi please? want to see if I'm going to need more holes in the walls or actual socket moved or just buy a tv unit.

@Derekglass @The power lead is off centre to the left as you look at the TV. 65" is 144.9cm wide
