Sky Atlantic Box Set no longer available mid-season: Sleeper Cell

Just got into an old series (made 2005) and after watching Season 1, episode 5 last night, suddenly it's no longer available. There's 10 episodes in the season and also a second season which 'was' available.

Why did it suddenly disspear? Why am I paying for Box Set access when it gets removed without warning?! Absolutely unacceptable!

All On Demand programmes have an expiry date after which they're no longer available. See Sky's guide here and the embedded links: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-TV/Some-episodes-are-missing-from-On-Demand/ba-p/2795963

Often programmes which have expired from On Demand re-appear a few days or weeks later.

Re: Sky Atlantic Box Set no longer available mid-season: Sleeper Cell

It literally says "Available Now" on their landing page they have for the show

Technically that's false advertising...

Many CBS/Showtime/Paramount related programmes were removed on 1st January. VIacomCBS have taken back the rights for their upcoming Paramount+ service.

@user8273472498234  Paying for Box sets makes no guarantees that particular shows/series will be made available for ever.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@user8273472498234

Full info on the above is available here - a post from a Sky employee.

Not a solution, more of a "workaround" that applies to both Sky+ and Sky Q

Given that Sky most likely won't be giving us the expiration date past 30 days on Sky Q, I take it as the solution for On Demand for Sky Q.

If it were a solution you wouldn't have requested the JSON file from me so you could check your programs. You'd be content with just knowing if it's within 30 days.

I'm saying it's the solution for known when content expires from On Demand. I can use the Sky+ app and find out when something is going to expire from On Demand.

I'd disagree, a solution would be having that info on the Sky Q boxes, for Sky Q customers.

A workaround is for Q customers to download the Sky + app to check (or as I think Sky have said, to check with a Sky + user!)

@Skull+Treaty - what is this JSON you reference?

Using the Sky+ app is the only solution for On Demand expiry dates.. Sky isn't putting the expiry dates past 30 days on Sky Q. I know putting the expiry date on Sky Q regardless of when it is would be a better solution, but that's not happening.
